The Hunter is one of the seven playable Special Infected of the Left 4 Dead duology.
Biography[]
The Hunters are a type of Special Infected that were athletes and parkour practitioners before being twisted into ravenous monsters thanks to the Green Flu.
Abilities and equipment[]
The Hunter has 250 health with claws that deal 10 damage per swipe. Its main attack, however, is its pounce attack, where it gets in a low crouch before leaping forward like an animal and pinning any survivor in its way to the ground, before viciously ripping them apart. 10 damage is dealt every 0.5 seconds the Hunter is on top of the survivor, making them incredibly dangerous enemies and favored playable Infected.
